This contract’s Ordering Period has ended on February 2, 2019; however active Task Orders continue to operate until February 2, 2024.

ASB, GSA’s premier small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners. ASB allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements, while strengthening opportunities for small businesses. This GWAC provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services, which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired.

Joint Ventures

Solutions By Design II, LLC is the managing member of SBD Alliant, LLC a joint venture established specifically for the provision of services under GSA’s Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (ASB). The joint venture was formed through a Contract Teaming Arrangement (CTA) comprised of 15 industry leading small business members, originally representing all socio-economic classes: 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Business. SBD Alliant has now grown to 18 members in an effort to provide more innovative services and solutions to the Federal Government.

Throughout the life of the contract SBD Alliant was awarded 23 Task Orders at 15 different agencies valuing ~$515M; making it the 6th most successful business on the Alliant SB program.
