Solutions By Design II, LLC Awarded DOI Unified Messaging
SBD to continue to provide U.S. Department of Interior Office of the CIO with Unified Messaging/Collaboration and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Services
Vienna, Va. - March 21, 2017 – Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) is pleased to announce it was awarded a task order to continue to support the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the CIO, Unified Messaging/Collaboration and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Services. SBD supports DOI systems in support of their mission to protect and manage the Nation’s natural resources and cultural heritage.
SBD provides support in Reston, VA and Lakewood, CO ensuring that technical services in architecting, designing, implementing, and operational management are aligned with DOI’s OCIO organization. SBD provides customer support and services for Unified Messaging, Collaboration, and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Services within DOI’s OCIO. In addition, SBD operates the hosted services for SharePoint Collaboration Services designed to meet DOI’s performance requirements and related service level agreements and provides customer support in these areas for all DOI bureaus and offices.
